How can the real estate help increase the cultural and social value of a territory? This will be the guiding question of the next national conference E-Valuations that will take place on May 26 in Palermo at the iconic Teatro Massimo.

The event is titled “Evaluation and enhancement of real estate and cultural heritage” and is included among the official events of Palermo Italian Capital of Culture 2018. The conference will represent an important moment to move current ​​discussions among market players like judges, architects, agronomists, engineers, surveyors, and representatives of the institutions further. Speakers include: the President of the Sicily Nello Musumeci; the President of the Court of Palermo, Salvatore Vitale; the Mayor of Palermo Leoluca Orlando, and the Councilor for Urban Regeneration of the City of Palermo Emilio Arcuri. The conference will be mediated by Marco Romano, Deputy Director of Il Giornale di Sicilia. Among the speakers also Roberto Albergoni, Manifesta 12 PalermoProject Manager.
