CoPresence creates a dialogue between two performative works on migrations processes. At the opening, the noMade Collective presents an audio installation based on the performative work Radio noMade in Arberia, which explores Arbereshe culture in Italy and memory processes. TAAK screens a documentary that retraces the performative demonstration Carnival of Oppressed Feelings, by the artist Gluklya together with a group of migrants living in a former prison, which filled the streets of Amsterdam in 2017.

Saturday 3 November

19.00 – 20.00 “Lazzaro’s musical rite within the Arbёreshe communities of Sicily” With Girolamo Garofalo (coordinator), Giuseppe Giordano, Maria Giuliana Rizzutto and Emanuele Tuminiello (Research Group on Sicilian-Albanian music and culture from the University of Studies of Palermo) and the special participation of Papas Jani Pecoraro + Documentary Film screening 21.00 – 23.00 “Brezi, the Belt” Poetic incursion by Stefano Schiró and guests.

Sunday 4 November

16.30 – 21.00 Performance Radio noMade in Arberia

The theatrical performance “Radio noMade in Arberia” will be played on Friday and Saturday from 6:30 pm to 11:00 pm and Sunday from 4:30 pm to 9:00 pm. Reservations are recommended, as the experience is a one-to-one performance. Entrance with a contribution of 10 euros.
