Daniel González, Mi Casa Tu Casa, Fondazione Volume! & Mondello Italo Belga SA
June 15 - November 4
The ephemeral architecture of the Argentine artist Daniel González installed in the garden of the Hotel Palace in Mondello is a house where the private objects of a Sicilian family become the structure of the house itself, eliminating the boundaries between private and public life. Mi Casa Tu Casa shifts the relationship between the local and the immigrant cultures, from internal to external, stemming from a deep reflection on the concept of hospitality and centuries of migration to the city of Palermo.
